What is the LOCK-N-STITCH LNS method? Metal crack repair technology

This is a technology that uses specially designed screws and reinforcement materials (LOCK) at the metal crack site to physically remove the crack with a metal touch and bond the metal together.

■□■ A completely new method for repairing metal cracks that is not welding ■□■ The process involves drilling, tapping, and inserting special screws and reinforcement materials (LOCK), and unlike traditional welding repairs, it does not apply heat that could damage the base material of the equipment. By avoiding heat, secondary cracks do not occur, and heat treatment and machining are also unnecessary. As a result, repairs can be completed in a short period, leading to extended equipment life with improved precision, durability, and lower costs. For more details, please contact us.

Concrete Waterway Protection and Repair Technology "OM Lining Method"

A concrete channel protection and repair technology that allows for economical and efficient maintenance of waterways!

The "OM Lining Method" is a waterway protection and repair technology aimed at extending the service life of waterways by quickly forming a strong waterproof membrane on concrete surfaces. Thanks to its anti-corrosion technology, it is durable over the long term while maintaining flexibility. Additionally, both the friction coefficient and roughness coefficient are low, which improves water flow and reduces the accumulation of mud. 【Features】 ■ Slippery surface ■ Sustained flexibility ■ Wear resistance ■ Improved roughness coefficient ■ Ice detachment properties *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Salt damage repair technology "Composite anti-corrosion method"

Economical, safe, reliable, and easy! Construction is possible with the minimum required amount of excavation.

Chubu Nippon Highway Engineering Nagoya Co., Ltd. (Engineering Nagoya) offers a "Composite Corrosion Prevention Method" that is an efficient repair technology for concrete members suffering from deterioration such as delamination due to rebar corrosion caused by salt damage, capable of "suppressing rebar corrosion over the long term." By using sacrificial anode materials (immediate effect) combined with high-concentration rust prevention mortar (long-term effectiveness), we can stop salt damage with a double effect. This method can reduce the "chipping depth" in cross-section repair work, thereby lowering the risk of re-deterioration. Additionally, it allows for a reduction in the need for specialized technical elements. 【Features】 ■ Economic, safe, reliable, and simple ■ Reduction of re-deterioration risk ■ Decrease in the need for specialized technical elements ■ Long-term suppression of rebar corrosion *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Concrete repair technology "Pressure Adjustment Injection Method" [*Available for nationwide construction*]

Can accommodate fine cracks as small as 0.02 millimeters! The repair material penetrates deep into the cracks, achieving high-quality repairs. <Exhibiting at the Construction Technology Fair 2024!>

The "Pressure Adjustment Injection Method" is a concrete repair technology that allows for the injection of materials while freely adjusting the injection pressure to low, medium, or high levels according to the width and depth of the cracks. It can inject even cracks as narrow as 0.02mm and can accommodate depths of up to 200cm. Work can be performed in various locations, such as the exterior walls of buildings and the undersides of bridges, and it generates less waste compared to conventional methods, contributing to reduced environmental impact. 【Features】 ■ A new technology for repairing cracks in concrete repair work ■ Construction is carried out while confirming that the material reaches deep areas ■ Ensures reliable repair work ■ Capable of addressing fine cracks with a width of 0.02mm 【Exhibition Information】 ■ Exhibition Name: Construction Technology Fair 2024 ■ Venue: Port Messe Nagoya (Nagoya International Exhibition Center) ■ Dates: November 28 (Thursday) and 29 (Friday), 2024 ■ Booth Number: Sh08 *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
